A little something about Accacia:

Accacia is a network of like minded independent Business Process Outsourcing firms operating in Latin America and Europe. Accacia firms are focused upon meeting the needs of the multinational client. The core business of Accacia is Accounting, Tax compliance and advisory, Payroll, Domiciliation services, and Company Secretarial services. We strive to provide this full gamut of services in those countries that we operate in, where permitted by law and where the risk factors are at an acceptable level.

Working with multinational companies requires a full understanding of what they need. In our experience, multinationals want to work with outsource providers that are focused upon the service provider's core competencies. At Accacia, BPO is our main business and not a sideline. Multinationals want to work with intelligent and trained staff at their BPO supplier. They want to benefit from staff retention and the related knowledge retention that comes from working with their counterparts on a long term basis. Accacia is a network of locally owned firms. This allows for a closer bond within the organization increasing the level of stability amongst staff. Working primarily with multinationals has reinforced upon us the need to select the right staff. Multinationals need to have a relationship with their BPO supplier that fosters good communication based upon strong language skills and responsive attitudes. Our key people are committed to our member firms and understand the need to build the right type of relationship with our clients.

Accacia is currently in the process of expanding the network. It is anticipated that by first quarter 2010, Accacia will have representatives servicing clients in Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Venezuela, Mexico, the USA, the UK, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Poland. We anticipate identifying and enlisting further members in the remaining countries not covered in Europe and the Americas such that we will be covering the majority of the principal countries in North and Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe by the end of 2010 early 2011.

We believe that our strategy of providing a one stop shop focused on multinational clients, based upon leveraging of our core competencies of BPO and committed to developing long term relationships with our clients will provide significant value to our clients.
