Nominees provided by ASB act on behalf of our clients' companies in accordance with the local legal regulations and on the basis of written instructions from the client.
Our clients are fully informed well in advance about any significant steps to be taken by the statutory representatives.
The services provided by ASB representatives are supported by managerial service agreements agreed between ASB and the client.
